London Mid-Autumn Festival Party

離鄉別井，帶着新的盼望與思鄉之情去到倫敦開展人生新的一頁。仰望天空，看到和家鄉一樣的月亮，就想起是時候吃月餅。誠邀你和大家一起在倫敦中心賞月，在星空下品嘗茶點與香港小食。晚會場地將設有大大小小的活動和攤位與大家一起歡度佳節。

Leaving our hometown and familiar surroundings, we start a new chapter of our life with hopes but also homesickness. The moon that lights up the sky at home does so here as well – do you realise it’s Mid-Autumn Festival soon? Next Station Project Hong Kong Cultural Funfair in London

Next Station Project 不知不覺已經嚟到最終站，10 月 22 號英國港僑協會將會同 Kongtinue 喺 Pitzhanger 美術館合辦香港文化同樂日！

現場會有由小朋友設計同幫手負責嘅香港文化攤位遊戲，推廣香港文化俾本地人認識。佢哋又會展出之前創作嘅社區想像藝術品，將前兩次日營創作嘅作品同大家分享。文化同樂日仲包括黃照達嘅藝術工作坊、舞獅、跳舞以及唱歌表演等等。The Pitzhanger 當日更特別為我哋提供一次廣東話導賞團，大家可以跟住參觀館内嘅藝術品。

除左藝術活動之外，仲有 JDD 嘅燒賣、魚蛋、碗仔翅、滷肉飯、淨飲雙計嘅奶茶檸茶，同埋 Kowloonshire 特別呈獻嘅九龍郡粥檔！大家記住唔好錯過咁精彩嘅活動喇！

The Next Station Project finally arrives at its last stop! Hongkongers in Britain will be co-hosting Hong Kong Cultural Funfair with Kongtinue at Pitzhanger Art Gallery!

There will be Hong Kong cultural booth games designed and presented by children to promote Hong Kong culture to the local community. They will also showcase community-inspired artwork created during the previous day-camps. There will also be lion dance performances, dancing, singing, and art workshops by Justin Wong for everyone. Pitzhanger have also specially arranged a one-time Cantonese guided tour for us, allowing you to explore the artworks while following the tour.

Apart from cultural activities, on the day, JDD will serve siu mai, fish balls, faux shark fin soup and braised pork rice. My cup of HK tea will prepare Hong Kong style milk tea and lemon tea while Kowloonshire will host a special Kowloon style congee stall. Mark your calendars and don’t miss out!

Artist nominee of The Hong Kong Theatre Libre who co-founded Theatre Hikari in Hong Kong, and is a guest tutor for Actors Workshop Spain in Barcelona. He is currently residing in London as a freelance director, actor and educator.

‘That’s My Voice’ Singing Course

你對自己聲音嘅潛能有幾了解呢？鍾意唱歌，但又唔知從何入手提升自己唱歌能力？Theatre Hikari London 光之劇場 (倫敦) 為大家帶黎以粤語教授嘅聲樂訓練課程，透過遊戲同訓練引導參加者探索自己嘅聲音，並且建立對英語同粤語原創音樂劇作品嘅欣賞能力，重新發現歌曲裡英語同粤語嘅獨特優點。八星期專業嘅聲樂同聽力訓練後，學員將有機會喺課程尾聲合唱一曲表演。本課程適合初次接觸聲樂 / 偶有經驗 16 歲以上香港人。

Do you know what potential you own voice has? Do you love singing but don’t know where to start? Or you’ve already started singing but have no idea how to improve? You would not want to miss out on the professional vocal training course delivered by Theatre Hikari London! Through vocal games and exercises, participants can explore their own voices and develop an aesthetic appreciation for original musical theatre pieces in English and Cantonese. You’ll rediscover the unique strengths of both languages in songs. With professional vocal and aural training, participants will have an opportunity to perform a piece together in English and/or Cantonese by the end of the course. This course is suitable for Hongkoners aged 16 above who are beginners or have had limited training in singing.
